I bought piano from Melodica . They answered fast about details and after payment no reply and ignoring me past 4 days . I called many times these days , I text to WhatsApp no reply. I’m going to complain if I will not have answer today!

This is one of the greatest Music stores that I visit. The staff here is very accommodating and friendly. I bought 1 Yamaha Keyboard here for my son for a very affordable price. They have all Instruments from A to Z. I highly recommend this music store as number one in UAE Specially in Dubai. They have also Melodica Store Branches that you can visit anywhere in UAE. Good job guys!!

What I liked about this school is the excellent family atmosphere, the professionalism in dealing by the employees in the company, and the high quality of education, following international curricula in teaching. Melodica is a HOME for kids to grow and showcase their talents. Seen lots of kids and I am so amazed how they are thought well by the outstanding and highly recommend teachers from different countries.

The kids and even adults achievement reflects the MELODICA’s dedication for their craft.

There are a lot of music shop in the UAE, but what makes MELODICA stands out among most of them are the following reasons:

1. Wide range of musical instruments - some music shop only have a few selection a client can choose from, not in Melodica. They have different brands, from the high-end to the most affordable brands, we can choose the musical instrument and packages that will work for us. The staff always make sure to present the available option they have.

2. Accommodating staff - there will be time that you will feel you do not belong in a place, specially if you are new in the field or just starting your passion for music. The staff of Melodica make sure that you belong. Staff explains the do's and don'ts of the instrument that you will procure, follow us up if we miss our classes, and make sure that we are connected in one way or another.

3. Beyond the extra mile - I believe that during these time of our life, service comes with the item that we purchase, and Melodica make sure to give us the service we need even going the extra mile. One of my friend purchase a drum set for his boy because it is the little kids birthday. They have delivered the drum set on the special day despite that they have purchased it roughly a day ago (delivery time is 3-5 days). A small gesture that put a big smile to the kids face.

There are more things that I could say for this wonderful company, there are some small flaws that needs to be address but overall, a job well-done to the entire staff. Kudos Melodica!

One of the worse centres, very commercial and they push students to combine classes in one day to finish the student's package as fast as possible and enroll in new package to generate more money, and what make it worst that management is aware of the same and don't know how to retain their students
