I would like to thanks the Salesman named Mr. PAUL who kindly and honestly assist me and my mom when we bought GIBSON Guitar in SADEK today. Kuya Paul was patiently explain and advise us anything related to guitars and others out from the box. He has a genuine attitude and very friendly. An absolutely exceptional products with truly knowledgeable staffs who are indeed ready to ensure you are fully satisfied.
I have been visiting and buying instruments from SADEK Deira from the last 2 decades and I must say no one can compete with them specially on Martins and Taylor's guitars and even any other instruments. I have recently purchased a beautiful VIOLIN by HOFNER (Made in Germany) and I have no words to express; the piece is out of this World... I had a pleasure to meet my good friend 'Chris' who as always goes out of his way to assist in many ways and to add on this I was delighted to meet Mr. George the owner of SADEK who made me so comfortable, and we shared memories of last 20 years in Dubai.
I really recommend SADEK Musical Instruments for everyone who are into music and trust me you will really appreciate the way you will be served in all aspects - pricing, services etc.

Great experience today. I had a Carlos guitar alignment and string changed. Alfred is the one who attended and fixed my guitar. He is so professional and he knows what to do. I am very satisfied of the service. I can recommend this shop to my friend who is planning to buy guitar as well.

Best service in town. Hands down to the team of chris, paul and collins. The guys was very happy to tell that they have an offer of free setup so lucky me on availing it. Had a re-string, intonation and fretboard clean. Bought a strap as well. They even let me try their higher tier of taylor guitars while waiting. Good chitchat with the team too. Will recommend to check on their shop
