The worst and most incompetent delivery service I have come across..

I had complained about my order 4 times till now as I received the message that it was delivered but I did not receive anything.. Their representative said they will look into it but I have not received a call nor any update or my package either.. I don’t know if it was delivered to the wrong address, their driver hasn’t contacted me either. Kindly avoid them at all costs as I don’t know who must be using my package because of their mistake.

The most annoying part is when they ignore your WhatsApp messages and when you call them, they say they will call you back only for you to wait like a fool because they don’t call back! Will look into reporting them as how can they not follow up on “delivering” your package to someone else then not even rectifying it if the actual receiver keeps complaining. WORST SERVICE EVER!

They don’t answer calls, from neither me or their client, in this case dragon mart. It’s been a whole working week and they still haven’t delivered my item. After raising a few complaints, the courier comes to my building, leaves me a missed call which I couldn’t attend to, and leave with the item when my wife could’ve taken the item from him.
His excuse was, I didn’t have the address. I clearly filled out the correct address with all the details for a quick easy delivery. This has been an unpleasant experience from both the courier service and dragon mart.

Got referred by a customer. Had very high hopes. Communication with them was the hardest as even though it was via Watsapp it felt like I was begging them to get information. Sometimes explaining to a client what is possible and what is not is very important. I simply asked if they can collect a package and I had to follow up with texts, ‘are you able to do this?’ And being ignored. When I raised my disappointment and said I’ll look for another company as no one was responding to me, the only reply I got from them was, ‘okay, we cannot pick one package.’ Quite disappointed. Customer service is a 0 for me.

One of the best companies in UAE providing next day delivery for a cheap rate. Their service is outstanding along with quick response and management. Booking online and all are a lot easier and faster. I would prefer this company along with the likes of FedEx and DHL.

i got a free gift from clip the deal application but nexcourier agent send me msg that shipment has bee delivered however i didnt get it since 19 april, trying to call the office number and no one reply, bad company not recommended for anyone think to deal with them. ????

The worst courier service. You replied to my review telling to contact you in email. I have done that al ready many times. I have talked with your owner. I have talked with managers. I have talked with receipcient . But you people are not going to return my COD cash which your drivers never delivered to me.

out of all courier in UAE please avoid this Nex courier. I havent received my package but they keep on saying that the package was received. how I received the package i didnt received any calls from them saying we are here and here's your package.

They are scam, I keep on making follow up on where is my package but they cant give me proper answer.

Please avoid this courier service they are scammers.... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The shipper promised me next day delivery which very much acceptable in UAE, while I am waiting for 2 days to receive a shipment from Abu Dhabi to Dubai which is horrible and unacceptable.
No response on the contact number provided on website. Tracking system says shipment is in transit to Dubai for last 24 hours. It seems some one is walking the shipment.

They picked my son up exactly as asked and brought him to the door. Fantastic and very reliable and trustworthy! Highly recommend them!

Emailed to book a cab didn't hear back. Posted on community FB group requesting an available taxi as Diamond cabs didn't respond to the email. They did however manage to respond on FB with a passive aggressive response about the working order or their phone for the past 20 years.

Don't appriciate being accused of lying by a taxi driver who is incapable of reading their emails and responding to them.

Wouldn't bother with these, if you're lucky enough to get a response, it'll probably rude anyway.

Other cabs are available and some lovely drivers in the area. Just don't be like Pete.
