Worst hotel ever experienced in my life the receptionist African lady and May be Pakistani male so rude doesn’t even want to help and listen zero customer service, I request all do not visit this hotel it’s a trap they will make drama and doesn’t even give u the room u booked
I had booked the room and didn’t allow me to check in making drama I had to book another hotel please couples donot visit here what a waste of money and time for me. Disgusting

If there is option for zero star I will give them pathetic service I don’t know how they keep someone in reception we doesn’t know how to speak to guest the Pakistani guy and the African lady so rude doesn’t want to help And listen me and my wife travelled all the way from Abu Dhabi after doing the booking my wife didn’t have the original passport and Id with her as her passport with company and emirates id not received we had marriage certificate, visa letter, passport copy but they don’t allow us to check in I have to book another hotel what a waste of time and money and they even didn’t apologize

Very nice and good service from hotel stafg and management.....before u go thier specialy in evening hours check traffic....rest location is perfect...sourounded by malls...and shopping centers...also dubai creek is near...so u can have lots of things easy for u....
Hotel rooms are well decorated and affordable....

Nice Place to visit to All !!!!
Always a superb day out - get an annual pass if you’re local.
We come here for the Zogg-themed playground all the time or simply for a picnic or walk.
There’s so much to do and probably too much for a full day if you’re new to it.
The castle is superb and so well kept. The outside events are brilliant also.
Loads of food choices. Pricey so a packed lunch is best.
Get the app for times of live events.

Worst place to stay hotel is good as per location but staff in the reception very rude especially African lady need to go for customer service training should be fired at the same time, total waste of money ????

Waiyat hotel. Worst customer service ever. There should be zero star on it. Pakistani male staff and African female staff was horrible with their customer service experience, please do send them to customer service courses. ????????????
