Fantastic place. Staff unbelievably helpful. Sounded like they had at least on person there who spoke at least every possible language. Location is a quick walk to the Dubai Mall. There are two nightclubs basically *in the hotel. Room Service, top notch. Very much reminded me of the Citadines in Tokyo. Will highly recommend!

The service of the food and restaurant was excellent, friendly staff and lots of food choices. Special thanks to one of the friendliest staff, Everlyn, who was very helpful in greeting us daily with a nice smile. Also all other staff in restaurant and front desk were very nice and helpful including the young room cleaner who kept the room in very good condition. The location of the hotel is very good as its near to most of the places of interest and activities to visit. We wish we could have stayed longer. We look forward to visit again as Dubai is very neat, clean and beautiful country to visit. God bless

Spent almost 15 days here. I felt like a home. The location is great & very convenient for tourists who want to explore places near sheikh zayed road. The view from our room was fantastic! I'm very happy with the lemon & pepper service & their breakfast. Would like to visit this place someday soon again!

I recently stayed at the Millennium Central Downtown in Dubai and was blown away by the level of service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel itself is impressive, with modern and stylish decor throughout. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you could need, including a flat-screen TV, minibar, and coffee and tea-making facilities.

But what really sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything you need. They made us feel like valued guests and were always ready with a smile and a kind word.

The location of the hotel is also great, with easy access to Dubai's main attractions and business districts. We were able to explore the city easily from this central location, and it was always a pleasure to return to the comfort of the hotel after a long day of sightseeing.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Millennium Central Downtown to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming hotel in Dubai. The staff are truly exceptional, and the hotel itself is well-appointed and conveniently located. I can't wait to stay here again on my next visit to Dubai!

Everything was better than expected. We never thought that we would get such an amazing experience in a hotel and restaurant, but it was possible thanks to the great team they already have working in there. Everlyn was our super waiter and we miss nothing during our stay there. Thanks for all!

I was not impressed with the service of the reception staff and the room cleaning service. It took me 4 hours to wait for the room to be cleaned. And room service, I asked the staff if I wanted to warm up the food, can you come to pick up the food or not, the staff replied that I had to carry the plate downstairs to warm the food myself. And the reception staff call up to my room many times. I checked in at 2:00 PM, but at 8:00 PM, the staff called me to ask what time I would check out. This was the first time I encountered such a service. this

The staff is great and super friendly, they’re very welcoming and helpful. They have an awesome breakfast buffet with great diverse choices, Everlyn was a delight in the morning.

The only thing is the room had a lot of issues. AC wasn’t cooling properly it got too hot to sleep sometimes, TV remote wasn’t working right, toilet was lose lol, and the fridge wasn’t working either.

The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life!!!!! The receptionist named "Muhammed" came and started to bang my door around 4A.M in the morning!!!!! These people doesn't have a basic manners!! The staffs are very bad. I have decided to move this legally to @dubai Municipality to take necessary actions against this.
