I bought iPhone cable when connected it was not working, came back to return faced a very bad customer service and supervisor denied to return item with very bad attitude. Wasted my 40AED. I sent also email to the customer care nobody responded.

I was regular Customer of TEA TREE BRAND. I would like to share you my experience which is happened yesterday. I bought 4 items from MINISO. Unfortunately, one of my item was make me disappoint. It was TEA TREE ESSENCE. After I removed plastic cover, I found the box was soft and wet. When I checked inside there was no liquid in the bottle, why? I don't know since when the liquid was leaked because the bottle was empty and the box (cover) was wet and almost dry as I attached photo.
Please take my suggestion to avoid from above point, please check properly before distribute.

They are one of those cheap stores where you find quality goods. I never walk into a Miniso store and come out empty handed. I always find they keep adding to their collection of toys,Bags,plush many more and seasonal collections. A great store for retail therapy without pinching your pocket i love Miniso products.

The customer service was outstanding, and the product was exactly what I was looking for. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I would definitely come back!
