really worest delievery service even your staff working in dcc they will take more than hour to deliver, I would not suggest deira city center staff to buy from them instead of them buy from microven,

Tapioca pearl at bubble tea that I order was uncooked and the taste of bubble tea was disgusting and it took 25 minutes for 1 order. And the staff was rude and chatting to each other they don’t give attention to the customer and replying to customer impolitely. Please management give this attention because your staff spoiling your business status. I hope you will do an action immediately.

It’s Better not to buy anything from this tea stall, majority of products are not fresh, behavior of staff is really pathetic.
I will request my all friends who are working in Sharjah City Centre not to visit in this cafeteria, it’s better to get the stuff out side Like orchid restaurant where the staffs are so friendly, products are fresh at reasonable prices.

Your staff is really really rude specially the lady. They are very late always it takes them 1 hour or more than 30 min for one order and they keeps forgetting about the order so when you call them to ask why its late the lady replies in a very rude manner. Zero manner lots of unnecessary attitude towards the customer and they are definately ruining the business. It was really really a worst experience. Never going to order again from this place.

Whenever i order something they usually take more than 90 mins to deliver item in the same mall "Shame" on you guys i face this for 7-8 times

While sometimes it takes a while to receive the order (it's always busy), I love their passion fruit mojitos. Haven't quite tried anywhere else that makes it as good. Worth the wait to me!

Worst service Staff behavior is not good also they don't give delivery on time I'm working near to this cafe only just 200 meter distance I have not yet received they are not serious with they work apart from delivery African girl
