Went to Minutes Metrolink branch. I met Mary and Nazmy (technician). I found Mary very accommodating, cheerful and very helpful. Nazmy on other hand is very competent and efficient. Kudos to both of them!

My bro and I went to Minutes to have our watch adjusted. Ajmal and Rafeeq did their job well, no damage at all when removing some straps. ???????? Also thank you Michelle for assisting us and their manager that time they were very accommodating. ????

Changed my phone screen, job is not done correctly, screen is not good quality , random flickering dim bright.. fingerprint no longer works, there is randomly touch sensitivity issues, keyboard typing on its own and random presses, almost un usable. Paid double than market price expecting durable work but not even average.. Informed the staff 3 hrs later collecting the phone, no response..I know there is no point going back they won't accept their mistakes, as I entered multiple customers all trying to claim better service but they weren't ready to accept.. Try at your own risk.

The most horrible service, I left my shoes on Wednesday last week after 4 days went to to shop to collect them.
I found out that they did not glue them properly. I left with them and asked to deliver to my home. Then after 4 days they I got the delivery in same condition (photo will be attached).

Another shoe I after their work was broken an the next day while I was on the meeting at work????????

The shities service I’ve ever had and paid for it 75aed.

Never, never will visit your shop again.
