If you come here be prepared yo spend few hours, as its only one counter opened.. I was waiting 1,5 hour and expecting my queue will come but surprisingly it came a queue of the guy who just came and on my question why they just said it is priority!!!!!! My advise try to avoid this branch as much as you can, same as bank as well!!! They do not respect their customers, especially their branch manager has a zero knowledge about customer service, with a smile on her face she tried to convince me that 1 hour and 50 min waiting it’s absolutely fine until I showed a girl who came 10 mins ago and her token on the screen

If you have not used or subscribed to any services of this bank, please DO NOT OPT FOR THIS BANK.

This bank is all about harassing customers and charging them hefty sum for anything.

I lost my card recently. I do have a supplementary card which i can use for transactions. However, I have forgotten my password for mobile banking and they are not even letting me reset my password. Keeps asking for smart pass token, and more frustrating is that the option doesn't appear on their app for generating smart pass token. lol.

When I spoke to the customer care (call went to 38 mins), I cannot even deactivate my smart pass option if I do not have my primary card. This is kind of extortion. Why do I have to pay 75 AED if I already have a card which I can use?

I am so disappointed that I cannot reset my password, just a simple password for mobile app without going all that hassle.

So much for a customer friendly bank.

The only time I visit a branch. Wasting 20 minutes waiting because one of the 2 machines is broken.
Tellers are there doing nothing. Thanks

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Ajo Thomas. The service provided by him was consistently poor, unprofessional, and shockingly rude. His behavior throughout our interaction displayed a complete lack of professionalism, leaving me utterly dissatisfied. It is truly disheartening to see that Emirates Islamic Bank allows such individuals to represent them to clients. It's evident from other reviews that I'm not the only one who has had such a negative experience. I strongly urge others to take note of these reviews before considering any dealings with Ajo Thomas or Emirates Islamic Bank

I went to IBN branch to open an account with complete requirements. There was no que and I was the only one waiting for the customer service. However, it took almost 30 mins and no one was assisting me as the customer service assigned to cubicle # 8 was only chatting with the client with irrelevant topic and I just left. POOR SERVICE, no wonder why only few people visit this bank.

This branch has the worst customer service. Do not waste your energy, time and money visiting this branch. Customer services representatives are so rude and inattentive. Any surprisingly Emirates Islamic Bank does not even bother about these reviews and comments

Extremely horrible customer service.

I reached on 15th April 2023, at 2:45 pm, and I wanted to encash a cheque, but the counter number 21 lady, refused to take my cheque , saying that it is closed.

I told I am fasting and coming from a long distance, still she didn't accept.

Pathetic response from her.

I requested the security guard, but he said what can I do if Madam is not accepting and he said I let you in at 2:45 pm , that's enough. Extremely arrogant behaviour from him too.

I do understand why this unprofessional and unwelcoming branch has such a poor rating.

This branch is by far the worst customer service experience I ever experienced! I truly wasted both my time and money by coming here for a quick service. Please save both your time and money by going to their other branch in Dubai hills mall instead, it was beyond excellent!!
