We had the best experience with minutes and being served by the amazing Ali .. he took time to serve us even though we came in the last 15 min before they close. Very much appreciated ???????? 7 star service

They broke my flip 4, they didnt want to take any responsibility i went there to replace my screen because there was an annoying bubble forming from the crease where the phone folds so i wanted to get a new screen protector to keep the phone in pristine condition.

When they returned my phone it was damaged in all 4 sides of the phone it seems the technician thought that the black part of the phone was part of the screen protector and tried to remove it from all edges and the screen protector was put soo terrible with multiple bubbles on it.

I asked multiple times if they will take any responsibility they said no.

I got my mobile phone repaired and I chose to use a mobile repair service Minutes. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service I received, repair on said time. I will definitely be using this mobile repair service again in the future specifically for Mr. Zaid & due to his overall experience.

He displayed a high level of professionalism, was incredibly friendly, and went out of his way to assist me. I am truly grateful to have encountered such a remarkable staff member.
