Stopped here for a quick desert. It is a beautiful place.

The hostess received us very friendly and took us to our table. The desert menu is quite small, but on a query the waiter informed us well and was very helpful.

There is a uniqueness to the cutlery and dinnerware that just elevates the experience.

The deserts looked very appealing and tasted very good as well.

The place is amazing: food, service, interior, atmosphere! Must try: Greek salad, roasted octopus, tomohavk - portions are huge! Better to share. And of course the cocktails! Perfect restaurant for dinners with nice view along with live musicians.

I was waiting for the opening and really worth it
We are BlueWaters residence and we support all the restaurants around but MIYA is literally up to our expectations

The staff is so friendly
Specially the restaurant manager who is from Greece
he accommodate us in a table outdoor and recommend his favorite dishes which are one better than the other !!

I cannot wait to visit you again!!

I'm in love with this new place! Beautiful location, cozy atmosphere, live musician's performance is great - the guys and the staff are creating such an amazing vibes! Tasty food, it just feels like home. Will definitely come back again.

I almost never say that I’ll never come back to a restaurant and I especially never not leave a tip because I know that hard working people in the service industry rely on the extra income, so it was with great disappointment that I can say both of those happened after my visit to Miya.

Reasons to come here:
- A nice view of JBR
- That’s where it ends!

Reasons so avoid Miya:
- After we were seated and placed our order they Server came back to tell us that they didn’t have the lamb chops. Minor set back so we ordered the Chicken Souvlaki. This time a different member of staff came by to tell us they didn’t have the Chicken. At this stage I was wondering if they had anything from the menu? It would have been great to know this before we sat down then we wouldn’t have stayed. Ordered the lamb kebab. Tasted like it came out of a box at a cheap supermarket
- Customer service is non existent! We were seated and were the only people outside. In that time not one member of staff came to check if we needed anything. Every time we wanted something we had to search for a staff member. This included when we asked for butter 3 times to two different people and only managed to get it on the third time
- The ladies working today really struggled to speak English and brought us toothpicks when we asked for tissues.
- The worst part was that the ladies there spent a large amount of time ensuring that the plates were perfectly placed and the chairs where inch perfect on every table around us but not once did anyone come to ask if we needed anything.

It’s no wonder this place is empty and after service like they they won’t be open for much longer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Lovely ambiance and outstanding location. authentic and delicious Greek cuisine. Highly recommended for a fun lunch or dinner with friends and family.

Very nice place. Wonderful view. Cosy design.

Tasty food (octopus was incredible). However one star less for the service.

At first sight, the place looks nice and rather cozy. Instead, it was a stressful experience. You sit in an army of waiters who run in all directions with a level of disorder that I did not manage to understand. I counted 6 waiters in 1 square meter quite a few times during the meal. You almost need to fight to finish your plate or your drink. Add on top a couple of musicians, a photographer, and because this is a Greek restaurant, clients who want to start dancing sirtaki or break dishes. Overall you eat in a very loud but orchestrated chaos. The food is good but tasteless in comparison with my souvenirs from a few weeks in Greece. The place is too small for its ambitions. Net, there is some potential but do not expect too much.
