Service provided is excellent I receive a number of repeat prescriptions and find well organised prompt delivery. I order on the Internet the clinic issues the prescription to Vigo Pharmacy and it is then delivered. Much better than hanging around in all weather's to be told it hasn't been done yet! Give it a go!!

An excellent service. I use them for both my regular pills, which they sort into a monthly planner & deliver on a schedule, and also my other odds & ends which they deliver as dispensed.
The service works brilliantly & where I've needed to have personal contact or telephone contact with any of their staff, they have been unfailingly friendly, helpful & efficient.

Absolutely fantastic service! Thank you so much! Through no fault of my own I forgot to put my repeat prescription in on a new item I was taking, after explaining this to the lovely lady on the phone and contacting my gp I had my prescription delivered all done within a few hours of contacting the surgery! Thank you so much! Would highly recommend ????

Only one word to describe - Excellent. I have been using their delivery service for nearly 2 years. Every member of the team from the staff that answer the phones to the drivers that deliver my medication are excellent.

I have been using this company for quite some time as does my wife.
The service cannot be faulted
Regular medications are always delivered and when you get a change of medication it is immediately dealt with.
Easy to contact and friendly drivers-cannot imagine why anyone goes into a normal chemist now.

Requested prescription from GP on Tuesday, Delivery Thursday lunchtime.
Currently in lockdown and just heard one Birtley pharmacy is saying 10 day delivery time ! Everything so easy and ran without problems. Vigo is HIGHLY recommended. Phone Vigo to register (with your NHS number) or phone your GP to nominate Vigo.

Vigo pharmacy offer a first class repeat prescription orderìng and delivery service. We made them nomjnated pharmacy and any new prescriptions are delivered without even a phone call and you know exactly when repeat prescriptions are being decovered. A fantastic service.

Always a first class service, one telephone call to enquire if they have the medicine in stock and they will send a driver out to collect the prescription then deliver the product to the door! They certainly hold a better supply than the "big named" company next to Cestria!
