The quantity is never right .. even the replacement was bad with bad quality .. wouldn't order from this restaurant again .. i suggest people to look for a different restaurant..

I got super bad service by Sadiq assistant manager in Al rigga branch.
He didn't attend well. He refused to serve us.
I will not recommend to anyone to go there and spend your money.

I had worst experience ever with papilas cafe Al rigga branch.
Assistant manager Sadiq was very rude and very unprofessional.
Very bad service, I will not recommend to anyone to go there and eat.

I ate mixed grilled on this bad restaurant and the badest food in uae not advice anyone to go there and i left the meal for them and spoke to the casher who is responsible he not care about how behave with people

They’re taking so long to prepare my charcoal chicken more than 30 minutes to prepare and Azim (Indian guy) he’s getting angry when you ask him what time he will finish to prepare my food.
