I returned a couple of items and when they tried to refund me we discovered that they tied the incorrect credit card number to my purchase. They refused to give me cash and it's been a month since they still haven't done the card refund

I don’t recommend to deal with mothercare Nakheel mall when it comes to any return or exchange items
The manager there is very rude also the staff they are not helpful at all
I bought stroller from mothercare dubai hills mall at 12:30 pm and asked them can i return it if anything happened they said yes.. next day at 2pm i went to nakheel mall branch i told them I DIDNT USE IT as i struggled in closing it and at that moment they started to say no you cannot return as you used it and i swear i didn’t no return/exchange i said no but the other branch “dubai hills mall” they said i can and the manager there started to fight!! Which is not acceptable
At the end i called dubai hills mall branch they were very polite staff and they asked me to leave the stroller and they dealt with them
so don’t deal with Nakheel mall staff again

I really had a good a time in the store when I met alady by the name of Reina who I appreciate so very much for helping me choose the best baby clothes for my child.will visit again????
