Amazing views, units are nicely spaced. If you need to walk to the mall it's a 6-10 minutes. You're on the palm while close to the shore. Would recommend.

Experience of living in the building.
Pros:
1. lovely view
2. Huge parking
3. Friendly security
Cons:
1. Bad maintenance.
2. Cold swimming pool in winter and hot in summer.
3. Gym working hours 10 am-10 pm. No chance for morning workouts.
4. Personal trainer is not allowed.
5. Water leaking in raining days.

I am staying here right now i reached at 3:40 am the room ac wasn’t working we ask for help we contact so many services nobody help us it got tripped after every 1/2 minute. And nobody is willing to fix it , seriously it’s deadly hot here no fan nothing very pathetic . And still we are sitting like mads because we made 3 days booking here we pay in advance, I don’t know how we gonna sleep these 3 days even we can’t breathe here properly

Cons:
Dirty building! Common areas are deeply dirty and always seems like that is no maintenance at all. I’ve spent 4 weeks there staying in a Silkhaus studio. During this short period, I’ve experienced water leakage three times in one of the studios and than mold in other one. Despite that, Silkhaus’ team used to manage the situation quickly.

Pros:
Pretty nice view, great location and a fantastic restaurant on the ground floor. Ella’s Eatery is the place around! Dog-friendly outside/inside, excellent service, tasty food, fresh drinks and affordable prices.

You shouldn’t be missing this if you come to Dubai! Spectacular 360 degrees view of The Palm. We initially thought that the price would be too much just to have the view but when we got there, they had this small digital museum that showcases the history of The Palm and even a digital representation of the Aquarium. The lift will take you from 2nd floor up to 52nd floor where you’ll get to enjoy the full view. Picture spots are marked thru a small stairs for good snaps.
