We have tried to start as Sub-Contractor and did one of the complicated project which others were refusing or not taking any risk on. But, rather than finishing it properly, always there were issues with illogical reasons and most importantly, they have got the final payment stuck for no reason.

Motif management not paying our toc and dlp. They put in contract toc 5% and dlp5% with purpose. We did one project of bullet proof glass with bullet proof steel in Almas Tower. Thr project was completed with certified meterial. They are holding 10% payment with no valid reason. Wont recommend it as a contractor

Motif didn't return our company's security deposit after handing over the project and no one from their team responded to our emails.
