Went to this office at mazaya business center and i was amazed with the location and the surrounding places. Easy access to metro station, restaurants and spot for relaxation are just around the corner.
Nearest metro is dmcc, 8mins walked to the business center.
This was my view from 35th flr.

I recently spent a month at The Place DMCC on the 35th floor of Mazaya Business Avenue, and it was an outstanding experience. The staff, especially Chaz and his team, were incredibly polite and ensure everything ran smoothly. The modern and well-designed interiors provided a productive environment, and the amenities, including high-speed internet and comfortable seating, were top-notch. I highly recommend The Place DMCC for a remarkable co-working space experience.

I've been working at The Place DMCC in Mazaya business avenue for the past year and a half, and I absolutely love it. The staff here are amazing and very polite, especially Chaz, Disha, and Reagan. They always go above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that members are taken care of.

The interiors of the space are very modern and well-designed, creating a great environment for productivity. They have all the amenities that you would need to work peacefully, from high-speed internet to comfortable seating and meeting rooms.

I highly recommend DMCC to anyone looking for a top-notch co-working space. It's been a great experience for me, and I'm sure it will be for you too!

Makes coming to work so much better. Facilities are great, new, always clean and functional. The interiors are *chef’s kiss*

The team are reliable and supportive especially Chaz and Raygan. Highly recommend for those looking for co-working spaces.

A stylish space to elevate your brand. Lovely furnished private offices, dedicated desks and meeting rooms. The lounge boasts an amazing view of the Jumeirah Islands, just perfect for intimate corporate events. Very helpful staff and team. Truly a gem amongst business centers in JLT.

We stayed at The Place with my team for 5 days and it was an amazing experience. Firstly, the place is beautiful - the view, the design, the thought out use of space. Secondly, the staff is absolutely magnificent - Chaz was the employee of the week for us; sweet and always helpful. I would like to thank the whole team for having us and for assisting us with all the demanding requests we had. I hope to see you again soon!
