My family recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded all of our expectations. The location was fantastic, with easy access to all of the major attractions in the area. The service at the hotel was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to make sure that every need was met.

The restaurant at the hotel was a highlight of the trip, serving up delicious meals with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The menu had something for everyone.
One of the standout features of the hotel was the incredibly friendly and caring staff. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome and valued as a guests. The attention to detail and personalized service was truly exceptional.
I also want to highlight the efficient and hassle-free check-in process at this hotel. Despite arriving earlier than the official check-in time, the staff were able to accommodate my family and get us settled into our room right away. This was a welcome surprise and really set the tone for the rest of my stay.

Khin, May, Arlene, Yam and Ali were wonderful in the dining room for our breakfast every morning! The food was delicious and the rooms were clean and well stocked with any utensils needed for food prep on nights we didn't want to go out. Would definitely come back again. Thank you!

We have had a wonderful stay. Special thanks to Gopal and Ram in the housekeeping for being cooperative and extremely precise with their work. Our rooms were always left clean and tidy. Additionally, Mayan at the reception served to be a helpful staff member who eased our process of checking in.
Special thanks to Micheal Mujahed for easing our stay and solving all tribulations. He definitely plays a major role in us considering coming back next year.

I loved the hotel services, location and staff especially Mr. Stevie who is at the reception. He is so helpful as he had upgraded my room. Additionally, I communicated through the application of booking. Com regarding my booking because my trip got delayed. So, I have informed the hotel and Mr. Stevie has secured a room and got it upgraded and ready upon arrival. I totally recommend the hotel. Moreover, Mr. Steve offered a discount voucher to use for Spa services, when I asked if they have spa among their amenities. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable and easy.

I prefer staying here cos it serves as more as home.
I like the promptness of the house keeping teams, the laundry. And the front desk.
The meal,? not as I want it, but I know it’s because of cultural differences.
I suggest more diffusers in the walk ways and especially in the reception area .
The should be a little of technical changes in the bathrooms.
That I can not write here.

Amazing stay at movenpick. Stayed for almost couple of months. Everything was great. Food amazing, ambiance very family friendly. The staff across the hotel were amazing, best part is it's a 2 min walk to Dubai mall. Special highlight was superb service from Varun in pool and Robin in front desk

Nice and clean hotel. Location in business Bay very close to Dubai Mall. Staff are friendly and pleasant.

The staff at breakfast service are very friendly and prompt in their service. Specific mention to Khin who is so friendly and serves with a smile always.
Also May and Yam are very polite and quick in their response.

Overall Nice place to stay for official or personal trips.
