They talk among themselves while doing service, which is unacceptable, me as I client don’t want to know all details of their life. Nail Technicians are rude, I came late to my appointment due traffic congestion, so the lady who was doing my pedicure like commented on it ! I’m not a school girl to listen that for my money! I apologized many times and gave notice for late arriving but even is client late how can you reprimand me ?!

1. The nails technician was not friendly at all. She had extra long sharp nails that came out & tore the gloves. From a hygiene perspective this is really not good. She was also often looking at her phone & a bit agressive & almost shouted on me when I asked her if she was doing a gel manicure like I asked (I come from France & the gel used here in Dubaï is different so I wanted to ask about it). She was working quickly & just wanted to finish
2. Regarding the technique : quite agressive in the drilling & trimming. My cuticles blood twice. Besides i was shocked to be asked to wash my hands before applying the gel. One of the basis of gel manicure (& I'm not a pro) is to not get nails wet because of funghi that could develop beneath the nails. So now I'm so worried about the outcome of my nails.
3. The price is excessive for the quality
The final result was globally fine (see photos) but not as I expected. & as I said, my cuticles bled & in terms of hygiene I'm not a all satisfied.

Their response on WhatsApp and instagram is very quick . Zara is very quick with last minute bookings . By the way I tried first time coffee with gold in this salon, so cute????????????

Last visits me and my friends lost our gel from the nails, first time they fixed it and told me that maybe the gel didn’t suite me, but it happened again. I texted them in a good manner maybe they should change the nail base are they using, but the response was that it happened only to me and my friends since the history of the salon)))
