Really enjoyed my stay. Was a company visit and all paid for. Staff were so lovely and friendly.
Some of the residents lacked manners and courtesy but never the staff. I loved that the gym was child free and the separate adult pool too. Breakfast has a lovely selection. Dinner buffet was average. Location means you need to get a taxi everywhere but there is a shuttle bus for anyone on a holiday. Only downside for me personally is that it is a dry hotel but not scoring them down for my personal likes, I'll blame my colleagues ????

Rooms are spacious and good decor.
Good reception staff.
The therapist was just average. Very cold hands to begin with. Her own bones were cracking while massage. The pressure was by finger tips and it was digging in my muscles and fascia. I got bruises. I’ve had massages many times, this is one of the not so good ones

I would never recommend the therapist I got today.

Went there for Sunday brunch and it was beyond our expectations! Overall food and drinks were delicious. The charcoal grill was juicy and amazing! Staff is attentive and well trained. Kids can have fun in their own playground.
Thank you Aninar and Chef Azeez! We will definitely come again.

The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast selection was great specially that Zayar made our breakfast experience very comfortable. Mornings a great to be greeted with happy faces and helpful staff

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at a hotel in Dubai, and I must say that it was a complete letdown. From the moment we checked in, it was evident that this establishment did not live up to its reputation. I feel compelled to share my experience and warn others about the numerous issues I encountered during my stay.

To begin with, our check-in process was marred by a long delay and a baffling system error. Despite having made a reservation a day in advance and even reconfirming our booking, the hotel staff couldn't locate our reservation. This incompetence and lack of organization were both frustrating and time-consuming.

However, the most infuriating aspect of our stay was the malfunctioning air conditioning units. The rooms were unbearably hot, and despite contacting the hotel's staff, nothing was done to rectify the situation promptly. We were left with no choice but to call for a technician, who spent a laborious half-hour attempting to fix the issue to no avail. As a result, we were forced to change rooms and move to a different floor.

Unfortunately, the new rooms were not much better. They were incredibly humid, making it incredibly uncomfortable for us to sleep or even relax. The lack of proper climate control in the rooms was unacceptable and showcased a lack of attention to detail and maintenance.

To add insult to injury, we requested an extra comforter, but it never arrived. We made numerous calls to the hotel's reception, particularly during the night, yet received no response whatsoever. This lack of responsiveness and disregard for guest requests only further exacerbated our disappointment.

Considering the multitude of problems we encountered within a single night, it is clear that this hotel does not deserve its supposedly prestigious five-star rating. The check-in debacle, malfunctioning air conditioning, uncomfortable and humid rooms, and the complete lack of response to our simple request are all indicative of a poorly managed establishment.

I’m trying to call to change my booking to twin room they don’t answer the phone. After waiting for more than 30 min we checked in we found the room is full of small mosquitos ???? and the house keeping is very slow we asked for extra bed and pillows and blanket. They just brought the bed without the billows and blanket, so my sis slept without them. One of the worst hotels. The parking are very far. No valet and reception is very hot

I admire Zayar's great efforts to welcome visitors and provide them with the services they needed; he always greets them with the most friendliest smile.
Additionally, Kyakw and Wiliun provided the best services. I sincerely appreciate the effort they made to impress both the guest and my family.

We just had our first Sunday Brunch at MRKT Movenpick Jumeirah Village Triangle and we just loved it. Aside from its very close to our house it is a lovely hotel. Lots of food varieties from main course to deserts, with kids meals too. On top of it, the kids enjoyed the kids club area where there is face painting and special Mickey Mouse appearance. Kids are allowed to use the kiddie water pool too with lots of features. Thanks to Anwar our waiter who looked after us. Special thanks to Iniljun, Albin and Mamun who are so friendly and attentive to our needs. We will definitely come back. We are enjoying summer holidays.
