I enjoyed my stay at this place, I even extended my stay several times after I felt the environment so accommodating, friendly, and family oriented. Special thanks goes to Mr. Faisal from The Hub, he was so kind towards my son and very accommodating with a friendly manner.
Another special thanks goes to the housekeeping as they were very accommodating to our needs with prompt reply, Mr Nixon from house keeping was very friendly.
My whole experience, check in and check out, was easy. The breakfast was diverse . And the kids area was so much fun.

Wonderful experience except for the day of checking in. We have to wait unattended and ignored by the reception counter guy for 3 hours after the payment. Other than that all the family had splendid time in pool area, gym and special treat at breakfast (Thyme Restaurant) where served with utmost kindness (special mention for Ibrahim) as they hosted us very nicely. Overall rating could have been perfect if hotel management can work on treating people nicely at reception and make them well attended when they arrive.

I first stayed in this place in February of 2023 but what brought me back to this place (May, 2023) was the humble and soft-spoken staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Location wise it's a great place as it is in the heart of the city. The food choices for all meals were abundant and all the dishes were freshly prepared and carried a rich taste which enhances the experience at this hotel. The staff at the restaurant floor is also worth mentioning including Faisal whose presence made the guests feel at home by attending to their needs. Overall wonderful experience. Will stay there in the future and recommend others to do so too.

The room is good, the staff are great especially to the 2 Filipinos NICO and NATHAN from The Hub which is very kind and hardworking. Hospitality is top notch. Good location and very comfortable. We will be staying here again in the future. Thank you! And God bless! :)

F&B staff Thai restaurant is super dooper nice and the services are very helpful, appreciated his gesture as well, friendly and always smiling to everyone..

and, the swimming pool area for adults are amazing with amazing view!

The hotel is very beautiful itself the prices are amazing the bad thing that it is too crowded. This makes the experience a little less than expected. The water slides are very amusing for kids . The family swimming pool is a bit small specially when it becomes crowded. There is an adult pool which is so relaxing .

I stayed for 2nights in the hotel and I absolutely lived the atmosphere, the room and especially the playing area for children. During breakfast buffet Novi the waitress was charming, lovely and polite. She catered to our needs for coffee and tea and helped clean the table in time.
Thank you for the service.
The restaurant manager Ismail attended to my need to have a take away coffee in a paper cup available to me from the back store, as in the restaurant was not available. He went the extra mile to make me feel special.

It was a pleasant stay in Novotel. I highly recommend for family. Staff n service was perfect especially kids water park.
