I had the worst experience ever in a restaurant. The food is really bad and the rice isn’t cooked properly. The juice was sooo bad, we had to return it and exchange it with pepsi. It was hard to speak with the waiter as they didn’t understand what are we trying to order. All other Hatam branches are good except of this. They should do something about it as it damages their reputation.

Worst resturant in the uae dont know how they are still open !!! Every thing is wrong humms was bad food heated in microwave

We just walked out of Hatam as we were unattended for straight 5 mins. Not even a waiter came to take our order though one passed us three times. I guess this branch needs to work on their costumes service. Even we saw other customers getting salt on their own. Indeed a pathetic service!

This is one of the most horrible restaurants I have visited in my life... Be careful as this restaurant has two branches in Google Maps. One is showing very low in rating, and the second one, there is no rating at all. It is very difficult to explain how their food was really bad.

Very bad experience, very very low quality food, microwave food, not fresh. Very low quantity food compared to thier prices. They should close HATAM restaurants.
