I’d like to thank nurse Debra, the reception staff and the doctor who helped me when I visited them this morning with damaged ribs from a fall a few days ago. I was seen with in half an hour and the treatment I received from Debra and the doctor was really caring and super professional, I didn’t feel rushed even though they were trying to help so many patients. The whole department was pristine, including the toilets. Even the security officers who were on duty were happily engaging with the public, helpfully giving directions etc.
The whole experience (which I’d been kind of dreading) was really positive. Thank you all so much - Ann

Used the urgent care center this morning. Was seen very quickly and the staff were amazing. So friendly and caring. The doctor was lovely and took such time to help and explain everything. So thankful for our wonderful NHS and the fantastic team at Chase Farm

Was checked in, assessed and discharged (with crutches!) in under an hour. All the staff were very kind and helpful, particularly the security guard who went above and beyond to help other patients (fetching wheelchairs for them, and generally being incredibly sweet). Very grateful for the excellent care I received - thank you.

Quickly pointed out where to go by a customer info lady, sign at check-in said 1-2 hr wait. Was in triage within half hour and was then seen promptly by doctor. Took and checked samples they do, and then set up last check with my GP. Gave me good advice on managing symptoms and were very responsive to questions.

My experiences of the Urgent Care Centre at Chase Farm Hospital have always been positive. The staff, from the receptionists to the nurses, have always been kind and compassionate towards me. There is a long wait to be seen but that’s to be expected given the demand on NHS services. Thank you to the staff at the Chase Farm Urgent Care Centre :)

Stars only awarded due to Receptionist being very helpful and polite as well as a very pleasant helpful security guard but apart from that ——
Was a total waste of over 2 hours
Ask for my symptoms and then told to go to either Barnet or nth mid !!
Asked to do a urine sample and then told to take it to the hospital that I go to

Today at 7:12, I was declined treatment for my injured child and the receptionist was so rude to me. They officially close at 8:30 but they didn't accept a patient at 7:12, what a joke? Very bad service!

Had something stuck in my eye, Steven was very professional and helpful, Sian his assistant was also very helpful. Seen and relieved of pain within an hour! Thank you
