I had been a regular customer of Maraheb Restaurant Dragon Mart branch for quite some time, cherishing their delicious Yemeni cuisine and commendable service. However, my recent visit left me utterly disappointed and concerned for their standards. What used to be a delightful dining experience turned into a nightmarish ordeal due to poor service and questionable food quality.
Upon arriving at Maraheb restaurant at Dragon mart , it was evident that something had changed drastically. The once-friendly staff seemed inattentive and disinterested. It took nearly half an hour before someone finally attended to us, leaving us feeling neglected and ignored during this long wait.
Regrettably, the quality of the food we received did not meet the high standards we had come to expect from Maraheb. The dishes arrived cold and lacked the freshness we had grown accustomed to. The flavors seemed off, indicating that the food might have been prepared well in advance and left to sit for too long.
To our dismay, our nightmarish experience did not end with the lackluster service and disappointing food. Hours after returning home, some of us experienced symptoms consistent with food poisoning, including severe diarrhea and stomach cramps. This raised serious concerns about the restaurant's hygiene practices and food safety protocols.
It is with a heavy heart that I write this review, as Maraheb Dragon mart branch used to be a place of joy and satisfaction for me and my companions. The decline in service and food quality, coupled with the unfortunate health issues we faced, is deeply troubling. I sincerely hope that the management takes immediate action to address these concerns and restore the restaurant's reputation to its former glory. Until then, I cannot recommend dining at Maraheb Dragon Mart branch due to the poor experience we encountered.

Food is amazing, especially mutton Madfoon. Its a Yemeni style food .
One of the best so far for me. Prices are not too bad . Portions are sufficient for two people easily . They have both private rooms and open style seetings . Some times there is a bit of waiting g time for rooms . Servers don't speak much English. Most of the customers I could see was Arabs .
Interiors not great. Not much cleanliness around. But 5* for food only had it 4 times already in 2 or 3 months time.

Very disappointing experience. Very poor customer friendly approach and nobody cares you in the restaurant. Not worthy for the money you spent

Avoid going to this branch. We entered and despite of many tables available we were just kept waiting. The staff is lousy and give a deaf ear. We were there at 21:00 and post eating we ordered for some tea and the staff simply declined saying we don’t serve tea. I’ve dined many a times at their SZR branch and always relish my paid tea post dinner. Its not like we were asking it for free. ????????u200d♂️ Love the restaurant but this branch Im staying away from in future.

We ordered mutton mandi but they served madfoon which was just average. I didn’t like it.

Had this 3x already and I’m always happy with their service.

What I loved:
- great size options
- Taste is the best
- Add ons like salad, soup and tomato dip
- fast delivery service
- served always hot
