For the price of the dishes the food is decent. Clean restaurant with a hand wash. The prawns were good and the south Indian biryani was decent. Portion wise i think its good for a single person.

Very nice restaurant in karama,
It’s Mumbai and malabar mix food serving place.
Tea and snack available including live grill chicken.
Service is friendly and quick service.
TooMuch dust near the table (outside)
Tea and egg puff was nice,
Egg puff is not hot,tea is not bad.
Service super,
Money worth.
Wonderful view of metro line and perfect outside seating.
Location Behind new day to day,and lots parking slots around.
Enough seating outdoor and indoor.
Definitely will be back.

What a fantastic find this place was, walking down after getting of the metro, we see this place and enter….. after that the experience was just brilliant…. The prawn masala and the nadan mutton curry with Kerala paratha was simply divine.
Must visit this place when on that side for sure.

A blended restaurant of both north indian and Kerala style dishes. Located behind amaravati restaurant and new day to day shopping complex karama. Different tali options were available, kolhapuri tali was nice.

Good restaurant with nice south indian style biryanis. The north indian starters are good. Try their 10aed veg meal for a homely experience. The shawarma is great.

The ambience has changed,no more like Mumbai cafe feels anymore. The food quality and taste was very low. We ordered fish, that felt cold, misal pav that didn't have enough misal and more of peas, puri bhaji that was bland and dahi puri that had weird cardamom masala. Even after informing the servers that the food is not to our liking, nothing was done about it, neither were we compensated nor charged less. Never going back again

Mumbai Malabar is located in Al Karama. Its located just behind the big Day to Day - Karama. Prices are reasonable and the service is good. Waiters are customer oriented. We tried the Wada pav and Masala Tea. The tea served was not hot but the wada pav was good.

Earlier we tried their Veg meal (Spith Indian - Kerala style Sadhya) worth 10 AED which was really worth as all items were tasty and also the meal was served on traditional banana leaf.

We only had a Shawarma each. Only 5 AED for one Shawarma and is worth more than the cost.

Comparing with other Indian Cafeteria Shawarmas, this one was better.

Staff were polite except one who were staring at each female customers in an irritating way.
