Management doesn’t care about the issues tenant face. Since December 2, 2021 swimming pool water heater is out of order and despite of several reminders nobody cares and children’s and adults has to swim in cold water which can make you sick. Gym has no sanitizer whereas as per Dubai guidelines sanitizers has to be provided, no notice of how many people are allowed inside gym at one time. Inside pool they have lights and they are hanging you can see wires and it can create a big incident or it can hurt someone (attached pictures) as per pool guard they have already reported this to building management and security has made report as well but no solution. Pool guard is always on duty though swimming pool is out of order. In my apartment wall paint is peeling off and I have complained since October 2021 and till now no action taken. Whenever I meet there lady manager Lana she says she will come back to me but it never happened and she always gives excuses that maintenance team is busy in other building projects. This review is for Murano 2 residence.

Despite several written reminders to FIDELITY and there building manager Ilana there is nothing done as per conversation with Ilana she will get back to me that was month ago and till now no updates. Tired of chasing them!!! Poor management and team!!

Maintenance in this building is actually the WORST! There's rust in the water, washroom mirrors broken, missing shelves in the kitchen, paint peeling off the walls, balcony has NO DRAINAIGE system (SERIOUSLY??!)…can go on forever with complaints! This woman Lana (or whatever her name is) is in charge of all the maintenance is ABSOLUTELY USELESS! I don't even know how she still has a job. She never once got back to me with a reply even after saying she will multiple times. This behavior is so shameful and absolutely disrespectful.

There's construction going on next door, even though it's not a bother for me, BE CAREFUL when you park the on the backside of the building! There are nails all over the place and I had to patch one of my car tires and replace another just another month after. I don't know who I should complain about this anyway.

Building management is really responsive, the area itself is under construction so basically noise is forgivable, check many buildings in al furjan and this one has the best options for yhe price.
