Great building and neighbourhood to live in. There's a pharmacy, couple supermarkets, tobacco shop, men's salon and a meat shop all in just a block or two. If you have dogs, you'll love this place as the building is pet friendly and most tenants are tolerant with noises (understandable if you have a dog).

Unfortunately the bathroom pipes occasionally have a smell coming out of them but disappear after a couple of hours. Small price to pay for a great location and neighbourhood. The location is great too, few minutes away from the Discovery Gardens Pavillion which has Carrefour and a few food and retail outlets. A bit of a walk to the Metro but this is even closer to the Furjan Pavillion which has Spinneys and McDonald's.

If they add a bus stop to make it more accessible then 10/10 for sure.

I am afraid i will need to terminate my contract after two years. I was the first tenant in the building being frowned by management because i was a bachelor and they wanted family only. Since my floor was filled up with tenants (all family) i always wake up with the bad smell of their food in kitchen everyday, my curtains and my bedding i need to change more regularly because it catches the smell of their spicy food. their children screaming from late hours of night and early morning even on weekends. The noise from the main road is a constant irritation, my sleep is poor in this location. I will not recommend this building bec the management allowed this to continue for one year after i complained about it. Property managers need to realize the type of tenants they allow.

I would not recommend moving into this building atleast not for a year or two. We have had numerous issues but the main issue is that you can smell others cooking through the AC. The drainage is another issue. Simply not worth the money at all.
