This is a really nice neighborhood, this building is situated in the best part of JBR, very close to the beach, and no traffic during morning or day time because of the location. Very easy to get to the highway after exiting the parking. Highly recommended.

Great community. Very clean and safe lots of amenities and services, close to grocery stores and few minutes away from the beach.

The best of jbr no doubt, best plaza layouts with new upgrades such as playgrounds and basketball courts, great areas for walking dogs. Next cluster over is dog park so at a good distance. Easy access to beach without being in rush of the mall area. Best road access without hitting marina traffic. Unobstructed by construction. Great cafes and restaurants on plaza and walk side and Ritz Carlton, Rixos, Royal Meridien, and Habtoor Grand are within 5 min walk, Cinema within 10 min walk, tram within 3 min walk, marina promenade within 4 min walk.

Swimming pool doesn’t work. Community gym is smelly with poor equipment. It should be taken care. Way too expensive for what it offers
