I was astonished how something as simple as a sim replacement from this reputable establishment could turn into something out of a tragic horror movie!!!

By far the unfriendliest and utterly unprofessional customer service I have experienced to date! The not so gentleman who attended to us had an agenda (which wasn’t clear in the beginning) to inconvenience us by REFUSING US SERVICE on the basis we did not have an ID. He could have used his discretion/cross check with his senior to validate identity by confirmation using bank account details along with an electronic copy of the ID which we had at hand and could have emailed over to him to make a copy (the exact same thing he wanted to do : have a copy of the id) furthermore using the email they have on file ,however that would’ve been a little too convenient for this particular loyal customer.

We humbly acknowledged that company policy may indeed not allow to him carry out what we required hence we returned home to collect a photo government issued biometric residence permit which is acknowledged on the .GOV website as a valid form of ID / proof of right to work ,suitable to use to open a bank account but upon returning for a second time ALAS!! SERVICE WAS ALSO REFUSED! we were supposedly linked to an “old system “ which can only accept drivers licences and passports????????????u200d♂️ (information which could have been brought to our attention prior to us leaving to avoid further unnecessary inconveniences ) NB* ”the new system” which every three customer will be eventually switched over to will accept the RESIDENCE PERMIT ID we had. No I’m not making this up????????Clearly and understandably frustrated ,our not so helpful gentleman from earlier had the audacity to smirk at us while all the while being condescending ,I’m hoping this will be reviewed on their cctv if they decide to launch an investigation.

Determined to extract the service we have the right to and pay for ,I returned home for the third time to collect 2 passports along with the ID bringing total to 3 valid ID’s and only then could he no longer refuse us service.

The person I was assisting to have the sim replaced for ended up in A&E the same night and failure to have that sim replaced could have been a major hindrance to them reaching family and emergency services they required on time if not completely. Proof of the latter can be provided if requested by three.

An Immensely unpleasant experience to say the least. ????????

Got a new phone, being non technical to a high degree whent into three at the Gyle.
Joe did everything for my wife and I, he was really helpful and patient with two oldies, cant recommended him highly enough.

We have just returned from the Three shop having experienced some of the best customer service for a long time. Joe couldn't have been more helpful and patient with us.

Super recommended.
Spectacular customer service. I have recently arrived in Scotland and it is difficult for me to speak English. The Three team at this store has gone out of their way to help me and has earned all my respect.
Especially his manager AJ who has been the one who attended me personally.

I was due for a replacement Mobile, so I went into 3 at The Gyle.
I was looked after by Simone, who was a delight!
Nothing was too much trouble. I gave her my criteria and she guided me through my options. There was no hard sell, just very knowledgeable, chatty and personable.
Great Customer Service, and I am pleased with my new phone,

Very good customer advisor Brandon and his manager were both very helpful and created a stress free environment for getting a new phone. I appreciate how they took their time to help me with the process and how quickly it was! I would recommend this branch in the Gyle Centre to everyone!

Had a super experience here. We got SIM cards for our family's phones while visiting Scotland. Fast, friendly, and effective. I didn't get the name of the gentleman who helped us, but he had a turban, and he couldn't have been nicer.

I would recommend this Three outlet highly.

Murray,the manager,went out of his way to give of his time to help,I've rarely experienced such helpful behaviour in other phone shops,so will definitely recommend this shop Dr Neil Milliken
