Stumbled upon a lovely cafe which serves sheesha with amazing outdoor seating which has a good view of a water body in the business bay region.
They had a time limit thought its open only till 3am.
Tired the chicken wings which were tossed with bbq sauce and the chicken nuggets which was served with a side of french fries ????.

The wings were sweet since it was tossed with bbq sauce
The nuggets were good but the fries were excellent ????????

It does get cold during the nights so they have got you covered here they provide you with blankets so thats lovely.

I would urge the owner to try keeping the cafe open for a another hour so that we get to enjoy for a longer time.

We’ve been visiting and dining here for many times now this year, my husb and I most of the times and brought along group of friends too! We highly recommend this place, I always love how the ambiance makes me feel like I’m at home chilling with a nice view, tasty food and shisha are super!!! Friendly staff, always who serve us is Rupan. Deserve the 5 stars for this place! ????

Im there every weekend, The place is amazing with the views and shisha is very nice and the waiters are wonderful, but they need to work on the shisha guys as it takes so long for them to come change the charcoal and the shisha becomes cold so we have to restart it every time, and the toilets are very bad, smelly and not clean, other than that i recommend this place, specially in winter.

Good open air restaurant cum Shisha cafe!

It’s located on the ground floor of the building, they have their own small yet dedicated parking lot just outside, clearly labeled.

They have both indoor and a large outdoor seating area. The outdoors it over the banks of the water bay/canal.

Good food, Quinoa salad was very tasty.

Recommended..!

I choose iftar menu in Nabi cafe. I’m very Satisfied with the selection of food. You can choose soup, salad, main course, fruit platter and dessert ! And soft drink. This cafe facing exactly to the Burj Khalifa and business bay canal, very relaxing place. Also big selection of Shisha’s.
I recommend this place for the evening dinner, when weather is lovely.

Good place to sit and smoke a shisha,
They have a lot of tastes.
Ordered a cisar salad was very good.

Tight parking, used card to pay but no receipt or parking ticket issued had to ring up parking management number. Toilet facilities closed and the next one 10 minutes away on foot was also closed both of them had note on door sending you to the other. Not impressed.

Decent large car park, we had no issues using it. Machines take cash or cards. you can pay by phone. Prices on the expensive side but it is in a busy tourist area. toilets also on site.

You can easily walk into Windermere from here. £3.90 for 2 hours.
I paid on the app which was simple and intuitive.

Disgusting entry and exit process, excessive charges and NO response from the helpline. Over £50 to park for one day... NCP should be ashamed

Decent central carpark but pricing doesn’t make sense. 60p for half an hour but £2.00 for an hour? Don’t get it.

Great sited car park, just through Windermere main Street on the left, plenty of good sized spaces. Pay is acceptable. Toilets just down the road in case you have had a long drive but... They are 50p and contactless only!! Not very smart idea local council????.
Apart from that, it's a car park, enjoy.

Parked here twice, on a Friday and a Sunday past 2pm and found a space with no problems.
