I’ve been coming here for more than a year for pedicure gelish, and this time the lady completely ruined my nails. She removed and reapplied the gel base (including using the heat lamp) 6x for each toe. After that she applied the colour and obviously it was terrible due to the reapplication many times. At the end I asked them to remove, by this time I had a more experience lady helping alone with the receptionist!!! Appalling attitude when removing it all. They once again used the machine file and acetone to the point where each toe was red and burning and the nails were extremely thin. I asked to remove it all gently with the machine file and I left. NEVER AGAIN!!! My nails are completely ruined and I won’t be able to fix it at least for another month due to the damages.

PLEASE AVOID!!!

Great first experience today at Nail Candy, Jane & Jenny were really good; all the work was perfectly done without me having to give pretty much any instruction, yet it was perfect. I will certainly be back. Booking through Fresha was really easy and convenient, I was able to get a service 2-3 hours later, for both mani & pedi. Just wondering if the website could be a bit glitchy; I'm pretty sure earlier today when booking, I saw an offer upon booking 12 treatments, but the promotions page is giving an error now.
But yeah, basically, this first session alone was enough to make me consider booking another 12 :)

The prices are good but my nails never last they chip straight away and never last oast 2 weeks.

I have been to many different places in dubai, they are not well experienced its like they are still practicing on you. comparing to the other places with the same price it doesn’t worth going there. I appreciate that the lady who did my nails still tried her best but …

An absolutely refreshing and relaxing experience where I felt truly taken care of ???? From the warm welcome by Nazka, asking if I'd like any refreshments to ensuring I was seated comfortably on the reclining sofa, the team at Nail Candy was so wonderfully attentive and caring.
I was there to have my acrylics refilled (AED 125) and was in the hands of the charming expert Cris who I met for the first time but made me feel like we've been friends for years! ???? So passionate and devoted to her craft, so meticulous, she made sure each and every nail was perfectly beautiful ????
Cris talked me through every step and we chatted throughout the procedure, ending in a lovely massage and Shiny Gorgeous Nails ????????
So delighted to discover such a rare gem of an establishment that provides stellar service, the highest levels of quality, all with engaged attitudes and warm smiles ???? Highly recommended ????????????
