I usually always come here as a regular and I come during the non busy hours of the day, so naturally the staff manage to find time for me.
Today I showed up asking for a procedure that takes less than 30 seconds but the staff flatly refused to assist me, saying I needed to wait 30 minutes until she’s done with a full pedicure for another client.
I politely asked again mentioning that as a regular surely she knows how quick the service I’m asking for is, but she decided to argue with both me and the receptionist in her mother tongue that she doesn’t feel like stopping.
After 3 years of coming here regularly and referring this Nail Center to many friends, I’m definitely taking my business elsewhere.
