The guy took my money did half the work and disappeared...
He has closed his comapny to avoid all the law casses and created a new one with same name but in a different freezone.
I will be taking legal action against them. DM for Details and maybe we can join forces.

Do Not Buy From Them At all..

I had A deal with This company since 2016 & i agreed on specific devices and payed for those devices

Here are the examples on how big is my loss

I agreed on Vivotek cameras ( the price is High ) they provided Brickom Cameras which kind of gives similar quality but Cheaper than agreed

I agreed on Sonnos amplifiers and he provided me Hadara IOT amplyfier
same features but cheaper in price

i agreed on a LUMSUM deal with VITRUM Italian light Switches and he provided me a Chinese market switches ( Hadara ) his other company which are worth way less than what i have agreed on

He offered Smart sockets !!! as smart then i discovered after buying that those sockets are from china town and worth 10 times cheaper than what he claimed

i had a big complain against him for the speakers as he was trying to supply a cheaper version of the speakers claiming that it is better in features but i loose at least 2000 aed on each pair

OVER ALL , an Easier example of how big is my loss

( I Paid for A Mercedes But they Delivered A Toyota )

maybe the only product that i received as is the Bose 791 Speakers and had bit completed delivering the rest of them

I Raised a complain to Consumer Rights and he started to interact with me again and gave a promise to finish the project in a month time & that was in NOV 2021

yet after a month nothing happened then i had another agreement with him to supply every month 2 pairs of speakers and amplifiers until the supply is finished so we close the project he provided 3 pairs then started to avoid answering my calls or messages

And now after 3 years of waiting i have received nothing except lie promises

My loss is big in this project because of his fake lies and promises

All the promises are fade, and he is never committed to his promises

DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM AT ALL

I gave this company 0 on 10 , I have an Extremely bad experience with them , very low quality products and managment is extremely poor , I had a project with them for my villa and I paid them all in advance in good well but they were not trustworthy at all , as of today they did not deliver all the devices and they did not finish installing many Items and many items they installed are not working properly even after in week of usage and when we ask them to come to fix them they just ignore us
There sales representative always giving excuses for not finishing the work .
Be warned before you deal with such a company you need to have good lawyer as they do not respect neither their commitment nor their brand
Note: do not ever leave the administration access to any cameras or any devices to this company as they do not give it back to you although its unethical but the do not respect or follow any ethics and you will have to struggle with them to get it back if you give the access to them

Very bad experience and management is very poor!
We had a project with them and since one year not finished and all the payment they collect but not delivering the materials.

Very poor service, they try to charge on every visit even before finishing the work, it is not a company that you can rely on.
They try to run away after paying the full price so please be careful dealing with them.

They have Best Smart Home in UAE using Open KNX protocol
Wired and Wireless Solutions and they gave me 3 years warranty
Technical very friendly and helpful

Really poor selection of electronics. Staff is not knowledgeable nor helpful. I asked if they had blue tooth headphones and the employee told me no... when the Bluetooth headphones were right in front of us. Everything is overpriced as well.

A great hike up the cliff - the rolling hills are easy to climb up until the end near the lookout to the lighthouse. I don't recommend going on a super windy day as it feels like you are being blown into the channel! However, there were some really nice views of Eastbourne~
