Horrible management for Warsan Village. Since it’s not considered to be part of a prestigious prime location they neglect any care. The community park is a hazard waiting to happen for the children broken items have been left since before pandemic.
Also it is not even clean lots of rubbish, nothing learnt from COVID hygiene clearly!

About JVC !

Unbelievable, working till late night. Absolutely ridiculous. Nobody do anything against it.
Noise nobody can sleep.
Hope the police will check your permit and the workers. Something is wrong here. Didn’t expected this from Nakheel ! Very very bad ! Worst developer on earth ! Rude, didn’t care about health of worker and neighborhood

Very bad and untrustworthy Community Management Company from an owner's perspective. Dealt with them for 6 Years as an OC Member and it was a terrible experience until I ended up selling my property just to get rid of them. They OVERCHARGE and underdeliver and any problem needs forever to get resolved if at all. I could write pages here but as today is officially the day I don't have to deal with them anymore this post and warning to future investors is my last activity related to them.

Very unprofessional staff there MAITHA AL HASAWI, she did my contract renewal feb25 and told me 1 weed after you get ejari (contact paper) by email.. and now 35 days gone still she not send me documents, I called, emailed so many time customer service and lease department and other 2 person also involved...
But they are not providing my contract paper..
I'm waiting for the papers because I need to use them somewhere.
Really, they are useless people's very disgusting services...

Disaster to deal with. They will turn a blind eye and allow construction to start at 6 am instead of being proactive in enforcing there rules in there master development communities (JVC). When contacted they tried to hide from the issue by stating they are not the ones constructing the buildings. Very nice setup in running away from responsibility. Avoid at all cost if there is a new building being constructed next to you within a 1 mile radius.

Terrible customer service. A simple card replacement is taking days, numerous calls, being bounced around random departments, repeating same information to various staff OVER and OVER. No accountability. No responsibility. No customer service.

Worst customer service ever , was trying to fix some simple wall art and has got the permit online as per the process.
Security stopped the handyman and went through a one hour call transferred between 7 persons to fix the topic. It is clear that their processes are vague and employees need training.

THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD. SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED. Simply want a cleaner to clean my apartment. ID sure. Then a visa copy! Then a signed NOC letter. COME ON. Why make people's lives difficult. Its bad enough you rip people off with your service charges. Is this where the money goes the pointless bureaucracy? Should be ashamed of yourselves.
