Already twice got good ID pictures from here ????
And the price is reasonable. (Those saying here in their fussy comments that it’s expensive, you probably haven’t been in other places. Or go to cheaper ones, to save 10-15 dirhams, and get horrible quality pics what I did once, and just threw the pictures away).

Terrible experience, i entered the shop the lady literally ignored me , until another customer came which she served, lost a customer before even an interaction, definitely not returning.

Will not recommend at all since they are not clear on how they calculate prices and will charge you big time.

Very costly and unprofessional.

Went there recently to take photos for passport renewal. The lady photographer quickly came in and took 2 photos, without even telling how to pause or adjust the face. It is very costly also, AED 55 for 8 copies + soft copy by email.

I called the IBN Batuta branch, the person in charge is very rude! She insist that they cant trace the photo without sending them the copy of the hardcopy.
What's the use of all numbers in the invoice if it cant even be traced??!! Simply, the system is useless and person in charge dont know how to solve things like this and blame it to the customer. Yes, customer may be at fault by not making sure to receive it by email before leaving the shop but its part of the service paid to provide the fsoft copy whne needed!!!
