The lady who answered the phone just now (10 March 2023, 3:05pm) is the worst phone attendant i’ve ever encountered. People are calling to ask questions because in Google Maps, your location in Al Quoz 1, 38A street, is marked as a Grocery store. The least that she can do is just to apologize for the misleading info, and say that there is no physical store that customers could walk-in. Now, if you want to raise the stars of your business, you put people in your team who gives you the best service. Such a shame.

Customer service it's a disgrace.
I have placed an order of 350 aed worth of food on Wednesday so it will be before holidays then no one even called me to confirm or arrange delivery. On Friday I had to chase them for 3 hours for an update and all they could say we can't deliver this week

What kind of customer service is that. There is plenty of courier services in Dubai that can help with your 'busy schedule' but instead of looking for a solution you have lost yourself a loyal customer
