Great variety of jewellery, good prices and customer service. I bought a bracelet, that had to be adjusted for my small wrist. The jewellers made it fit perfectly, I only waited one hour. The jewellery box I got for the bracelet is so elegant, and has led light. Highly recommend this store, because the staff is very helpful and professional.

shop over prices, gave me false shop certificate for the jewelry i brought in Dubai Mall branch...beware because they they do not refund your money back. accept only true GIA certificate do not accept stamped shop certificates. customer service is really bad! shouted at me and then ignored me when i asked to refund my money. Been to so much stress and did lots of complaints to different govt offices.. shop told me if i refund my money they will deduct 35%!! After many arguments they finally agreed to replaced the jewelry i brought with gold, with obviously jacked up price too.. over-all a very bad experience! when you are buying jewelry in any stores please read the invoice and the certificates before signing.

Kalpesh is the best I recommend him to everyone! I came in with a certain budget and found a ring that was abit out of my budget( even though it was already on a big discount) I explained to him my situation but he still gave me another discount to match my budget.

Kalpesh helped out a lot great service. Staff was very friendly and even polished and fixed my other jewelry for free and provided a ride home.Highly recommend!

Cheerful on the outside but once you're through the door, wow! Flickering yellow lights, rattling fridges and a dingy cashiers desk tucked away at the back. On a positive note it's a Hermes drop off point. At the time of writing it has a food hygiene score of 1 out of 5. Stick to parcels and booze and you'll be just fine.

Good local community store for anything from cash to bread, to snacks, milk, wine, beer and even drop off or pick up of parcels.

They even take card or mobile payments from £3.

Staff are also helpful.

The man behind the till is abit rude and I'm never returning. He caught my eye looking at his weed grinders and must have assumed I wanted one I said no I'm okay and the cheacky basterds skans it in and he snatched my card and contactless payed for it! Disrespectful and it's a crime to do that sort of thing! I wanted refund but he says no can't do refund so I helped my self to some beers and walked out equivalent to the cost of that weed grinder. Then he accused my mate for steeling a push bike saying he got us on camara lol bloody joke mate

What is this the shopkeepers problem? Starts shouting, for no apparent reason. When I asked him I couldn’t understand but he kept pointing, had 2 parcels go missing here as well with Hermes.

Excellent service. The staff are always very friendly and go out of their way to help you. I’d highly recommend this store.

I just dropped a Hermes parcel
You had to scan a QR code into the machine in the shop
The chap behind the counter was really unhelpful - did not offer any help
I put the parcel on the counter where there was not much room
It knocked his calculator on the floor completely by accident
I was accused of being rude and he threatened not to serve me
I was a bit taken aback and won’t be returning
