This spa is fabulous. Clean, comfortable. Reasonable priced. Easy to get an appointment. Had a fantastic deep tissue massage. This was the best treatment I have had. I found staff at this spa is very good and provides excellent hospitality.

I shedule a 90 minutes massage at Natural Spa DMCC yesterday. What a beautiful spa and what a friendly staff. I would recomend this wonderful spa to anyone as part of their visit to Dubai.

This is an "EXTRA" massage center. No salary/commision for employees, their earning is only Tip from customers, as informed by the therapist. 25% into massage, she is upset that I want only masaage. Half way into massage, she is busy negotiating with me tip for giving me clean massage ???? If you are looking for a genuine and honest massage, look elsewhere, NOT here.

I will come back only for the massage ,my experience is mixed good and bad ( i tried the Moroccan bath , massage , manicure )

Good first : the staff all are friendly and professional and keen for customer comfort , the place is clean and they serve very good tea with delicious snacks

Bad thing :
Moroccan bath : the towels and ropes are bad quality stained and harsh on skin , slippers are comfortable and not easily slip but in comparison to price not worth it .
Massage : i choose stretching massage Was gooooood the masseuse knows where to push and was very very good
Manicure : i was relaxing on a chair with some lovely live violin music , the staff was friendly but I didn’t like the manicure at all ( the brand of nail paint was bad , and she was using a plastic bowel like the one my mom use in the kitchen while she is cooking ???? she file my nails and removed the excess skin only( i asked her not to cut my nails bcz they were short already ) , no scrub no massage no lotion so again the service didn’t meet the price in my opinion )

I think this place has potential but they need to loosen their wallet a pit ????

Just like my previous experiences in their other branch in JLT, the service is as always wonderful. The receptionist is very friendly and reliable. Place is clean and peaceful despite being in the prime area. Always keep coming back.

Polite, professional and experienced staff. I had a lovely Thai massage. Good value also. I would recommend this place to all.
