Craig Johnson was a super landlord and letting agent. From our initial contact he was kind, courteous and very helpful. I was in a position where my house build was delayed and he offered a temporary solution very quickly. I'd certainly recommend dealing with Craig and Lomond Letting. Very professional and customer centric attitude.

I'd award 5+++ stars for the service received.

Amazing service! I viewed a property during hours that suited me. Loved the property and the excellent service during the viewing. Chris answered all my queries and the office staff were courteous and efficient. Brilliant

Don't even get a response to questions I've asked in lettings enquiries, just get sent an application form every time requesting various months of payslips, photographic ID, bank statements and so on without even answering a simple yes or no question.

Wouldn't want to have them deal with a repair or something similar if I can't even get a yes or no response in an enquiry.

I'm a second time landlord and wished I'd used this company the first time round. Very professional staff, Craig, Renee and Victoria are so helpful and have responded to my enquiries promptly and politely. Within days of my property going "live" they had secured tenants. They provide excellent advice and are up to date with latest legislation. I can't recommend them highly enough. I'm currently overseas and I feel my home in the UK is in safe hands. . 100 gold stars isn't even enough.

I have been a tenant with Lomond Letting for nearly eight years now. I can only say what a superb Estate agents. I can’t fault them I would recommend them to anyone. They are now helping my sister to find a flat. Amazing people very helpful . I am so happy I found them . You will be treated with the highest respect . If I could give 10 stars I would they deserve them . Well done Lomond Letting for finding me the house of my dreams.
