The management of this shop need to seriously take action about customer service on their branches : it's not possible to have such rude and vulgar members ( especially the arabic speaking women ) , I have been to different branches and the rudeness is the same everywhere - I have never ever came out of one of their shops without being annoyed and put off shopping . Especially the woman at mercato branch - a lady with a scarf - she behaved like a prison warden, following my each and every step and stood on my head as if I was a prisoner !!! And was so grumpy and upset all along , that made the whole experience negative - I felt i did not have the freedom to look around or choose freely - I'm just wondering on what basis do they hire such assistants ?!!! No manners no proper English and on top of that even rude and grumpy ! They have a completely wrong idea about how to treat a customer : being that sticky and insistent will only put off people (((( can anyone PLEASE tell them that ?!!! She even saw me holding a couple of pyjamas and took them off my hands to hold them herself ! I mean , what was that about ?!!! Am I going to run away with them or what ? It's a shame coz I really like the products - but it seems the HR dept needs a makeover , because it's not possible that such individuals get employed and become the facade of the brand - and the company is still happy with their attitude , there must be something wrong definitely .

WORST EXPERIENCE please don't buy from there you will have regrets. Product quality, staff behaviour, customer service... Worst experience in Dubai ever.

I work near mercato mall, a friend told me to rush to Nayomi there is sale for panties. I rushed there excited. When I went there, no one was around, I decided to look around. Then a lady came from inside and I asked her to show me the pants for 59,the promotion. Immediately her altitude changed, she angrily told me there were no sizes even without me telling her my size. Since I went there to buy I decided to check. Only 3 of them were my size. I work in a lingerie shop too so i ask her if they let their customers try coz in my shop we do let the customers try but on top of their own pants. She got more angrier and approached me grabbed the ones I was selecting, stepped on my foot, which I asked why she stepped me and claimed she dint see me. Still determined to buy, I asked her if I could buy the 3 that could fit me and again with a harsh tone, she said I have to buy 49 for each. I had to let her know that her altitude was bad and it's not welcoming at all. Nayomi is such a beautiful shop, went for the first time but the service was completely dissappointing.I believe in high customer service and it should be offered to every customer despite their race. I would love to buy the pants if the sale returns though.

A must miss, yes you read that right! Poor quality, highly priced foot socks which tear after a few uses and are super slippery. What a waste. Thank goodness I didn't invest in any of their other items. Only the body mist was satisfactory at best.
