They have taken my machine for service over 4 weeks ago. I have been calling daily to follow up and yet absolutely no answer. They even made me pay for the service and yet no machine!! Had I known the service of nespresso was this bad I would have never invested. At this stage, they are forcing me to file a complaint with Dubai consumer department.

I spoke with one staff and he can't be able to find the solution for what I'm looking for . In other words no interest to negotiate with the customer.. that's why I called directly to have a fast transaction details hoping for he can help me instead of emailing and getting response for hours.

The worst experience ever! I bought one of the highest specs machines,used it for few times and I t’s been with them for almost four months, they sent it back to me with another problem and filled with Silicon from inside so I returned back and I am still waiting for a solution
