Definitely recommend to the ladies who are mostly reliable on them self when it comes to home care beauties.
Anything u need for hair, nail, face, skin, you can get it here. Plus very good price and they always have offers.

Bought a GHD hair straightener in March. It died in May. Returned it to them for a repair and it’s been 4 weeks, there is no update, no information. Every time I call, they don’t have information to share.
Bad quality items plus bad customer service! What a regret!!

Be aware of this place. They put one price on a tag next to the product but once they scan it - they charge you double. I was assisted by two Filipino ladies. One of them called Celine. Explanation they gave me is ridiculous and makes no sense.
As well exchange and refund policies are ridiculous they only give you 3 days when everywhere in Dubai is a month.
I’ve been your client since 2013. Not coming back.

Barsha branch is desisted
The manager and the staff are more spoilers.
Will find another shop who respect their customers more than you.

Not sharp and rubber felt down.

Thermostat of GHD broke with second use. Could take up to 4 weeks for any feedback. To pay 800+ on the second use we expect a new product not replacement. For an international brand it doesn’t seem likely that they would take that long since the straightener should last years. Terrible customer service, no updates, no reply to emails, no management assistance, no solutions whatsoever.
