I love the work of my technicians Betty&Shirley, I am a picky person and sensitive, especially when it comes to my feet, Betty did an amazing job I definitely would comeback to her.

Nice staff, very accommodating. The salon is very clean and tidy. Receptionist are very helpful and will guide you through your designated chair, I would definitely come back here.

Had a nail infill and pedicure,, seemed okay until I was charged over 750 dirhams! And that’s with 25% off as I live in the building, toe nail chipped on toes within a day and the constant up selling makes it difficult to relax and enjoy it! Must have been asked 5/6 times do I want to buy this product or that product, NO, just wanted to relax and enjoy my manicure pedicure which was make impossible with the constant up selling! Won’t use again because of this, poor girls doing my nails were fine just other lady coming over ever 10 mins trying to get me to buy product at inflated prices I didn’t want or need, certainly not the service I’m used to in Dubai

Unfortunately my experience over the year has become poorer and poorer with this establishment. I leave the salon injured more or less every visit. This time my toe is stinging from injury caused there, last time I couldn’t use a finger for two weeks after my visit due to them cutting too deep down the side of the nail bed. My toe nails are cut wonky and do not match in length on the regular, today one toe has been cut too short and the other has been injured under the nail bed. For the prices they charge I expect better and most probably won’t return after my holiday. No discount was offered or apology when I told the manager of my experience and pain on leaving. Poor service.

Horrible. 1. They used this on my bare nails (they this used up dirty one that is usually used for acrilic nails NOT on a bare nail- not only it’s not hygienic it’s just so pointless and makes no sense and it was painful that’s how I noticed it. 2 they took forever and the result was below average. 3. I had to guide them so they don’t skip steps …I don’t like telling my nail technician what to do- people working there are super lazy and irresponsible if they can skip a step they would. 4. She saw how unsatisfied I was and didn’t even offer a discount (which is fine I didn’t need their discount but also I can’t believe they ruined my nails like that.) maybe this is normal for Dubai ????????u200d♀️ but I can’t believe this place has 5 stars (I saw at least 3 unhappy customers when I was there)

Bubbles on each nail! To tick nail polish and didn’t let it dry in between.
Now I need to redo it myself!

Last six times, Ive been to the store the price on the shelf isn't the same as the till price. Always in their favour.

I clearly think they are doing this on purpose.. Even the employed staff are embarrassed.

Only shop where you need to take a calculator

Use this shop to drop EVRI parcels off and it's always a quick process. The staff are also very friendly and polite and can pick up any bits of shopping I need at the same time

Since changing hands our local store has lets say “ gone downhill” !
From what was a lovely friendly shop with plenty of stock & items “ in date” it has become somewhere i know some locals are very disappointed with.
You are lucky if you can get a loaf of bread!
If you do manage to grab one the dates are out within 1-2 days!
Stock on veg/ fruit is a joke!!
Prices have shot up!!
Yes you don't mind on somethings but for god sake look after your villagers if you want us to do the same for you..
many people now going into town to shop..
who blames them!

Costcutter is a fantastic shop with really helpful staff, great stock and the fruit and vegetables are always good quality. Great opening hours too. Thank you.

Fantastic local convenience store with wonderful helpful, friendly staff. Shop stocks a wide range of products with reasonable prices and good quality fresh meat, fruit and vegetables. Also do top-up for utilities and mobiles, lottery and MyHermes label and send. Staff happy to help and advise however small the query.
