Geraldine does my manicure and she is amazing! I don't like to have my cuticles cut and some technicians in general Dubai still try to sneakily do it whereas Geraldine follows the direction to a tee and always informs the lady doing my pedicure too. My nails always look flawless and last a long time from her.
Ryan also does my hair root colour and cut and I'm always really happy with the results! x

I have been visiting the salon for the last few years for all of my beauty services - lash extensions, nails, eyebrows, facials and hair. I’ve never had anything beyond a fantastic experience. The stylists and beauty technicians are all extremely fast and excellent at what they do. Appointments always begin and end on time and the salons on the palm are both beautifully decorated, clean and have a great atmosphere. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I got the “hit me baby” face workout with technician Shirley At the salon, the palm branch. And my oh my! This was literally like a work out. My face feels so lifted and I feel fresh like I had a double shot coffee! Me personally, not being a fan of extraction or steam, this facial was perfect for me! The products used also felt luxurious on the skin and didn’t feel greasy on my skin post service either. And the overall experience was great too! Absolutely recommend visiting here!

I have been visiting the salon since the last four years now and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Highly recommend Ellie for lashes, Charlie for blonde balayage and Kim for nails because they are the best. My natural lashes are very thin and Ellie gave me the best lashes along with brow lamination Kim is a master for nail extensions she always makes the best shape. 10/10

Manicure was OK
Pedicure, they literally filed my feet for less than 1 minute, no scrub nothing. Cut nails, put polish on and done.
Facial: No steam was used at all just lots of products being applied with no explanation as to what they were. The room was awful and not relaxing. Seems like a very quick and in-and-out kind of service.

Pedicure was done on the knees of the pedicure master. They did it fast but messy. The gelish has waves on both hands and toes. they should improve the quality and reduce the prices

Have been going to The Salon for many years now, really friendly & very professional staff! All of the girls at The Palm are amazing and really attentive! Can’t wait to come back for my treatments next week!

The Salon is my go to place, Geraldine is my regular technician at the Riva Branch and she is amazing! I always have a lovely experience here and the girls are fab! Thank you as always girls! x
