Good variety and selection of coffee ,machines and accessories. Good display of products. Clean, well maintained and managed. Very busy. They have to pay more attention to customer service. Nearby parking

This shop is highly disappointing. The staff members repeatedly ignored me and acted rudely towards me. It was clear that once they realized I wasn't a local, they stopped providing me with any assistance, including not responding to my queries and ignoring me in favor of new local customers. Despite spending a significant amount of money at this shop, I will never return and will warn my friends to avoid it until they employ competent salespeople who can effectively represent the brand and treat all customers equally.

I’ve no idea about the specifics of Ahmed’s recent visit, but my family and I have been going to the MCC branch for years now. They are often busy, sure, but the quality of service and level of friendliness we’ve experienced have always been top notch. Anyway, that’s my two pence-worth.

I usually have bad experience with the staff but today had the best experience with an employee her name is Carolina, thank u so much Carolina .. hope the others learn from her how to be welcoming and friendly with the customers

Fantastic machines and good range of coffee combinations from all over the world. The coffee is always super smooth and yes I'm a fan. This place sells the full range of machines and has both the small and large capsules. They give you recycling bags and can return them here full with your used capsules.
You can sample the coffee here before you buy which is always helpful. You can also purchase mini biscuit bites to have with your coffee as well as small nespresso cups for espresso etc

Very bad customer service!!
I visited this branch to exchange two coffee sleeves that the festival city branch sold me by mistake.
After explaining the matter to the front desk lady, she requested the manager to step in (apparently exchanging two sleeves is out of her authority). Without even listening to what happened, the manager was defensive and totally rejected the exchange despite it was their mistake.
What made me out of order was when he said "so be it" when I told him I do not need those anymore.
Good job Nespresso hiring those likes and pushing away loyal customers (6 years already). You have actually made my life easier switching to another hardware and coffee brand.
