It's small but alright it's to small to show want you want to represent there are some things that i dont like, it's over priced like a switch lite goes for 799 dhs online/other stores but here its 899 dhs and the minifigures there terrifyingly expensive even the simple ones are expensive another thing is that theres only some space to walk around because so much of games and pc accesories that no one will be to see because it's not in the place that it stands out the only good things are the games and consoles they sell and the gaming chairs it's soft made out of solid material thats all is good but if you want to visit it, it is alright but your better of in other geekay's.

I gave them 5 star because of the customer service they provided. One of the best managers I've seen who solved my issue in less than a minute. Now that's what I call quick decision making and customer satisfaction

Their prices are a rip off compared to other stores in Dubai.. they charge you 200+ extra for a Nintendo switch lite while other stores with the same color are offered cheaper

first of all, they sold an overpriced PS5 console (with horrible cheap quality add on items) which I let it slip because of current pandemic EVERY retailer taking advantage of this nonsense. On top of that, I bought few games from them, and even though I never opened it (granted I bought it few months ago But still kept with the price tag and everything) and tried to exchange it with another game, still they refused.
all in all, zero customer service, no effort from staff to offer a solution. will not buy anything from this establishment.

I have purchaed the marvels avengers game few days ago from this store. The staff is very helpful and polite. Especially the store manager Mr. Dave is very helpful. He assisted me to even install the game as i was facing difficulties with my internet at home. He also ordered the game for me in advance. My experience in the store was very pleasant. The people are all professional and they get stock of all new games before other stores in the mall. I would definitely recommend geekay games as its been around in dubai since many years.

A truly awful experience. I've been a Geekay customer for many years and I always visit this, my local branch to buy the latest gaming stuff. So imagine my surprise when they refused to sell me a PS5 console without any reasonable explanation. Then when they agreed to sell it to me, they wanted to open the box before they did. Great! My last time visiting Geekay then ????
