Would not recommend! Customer service is very poor, say they will get back to you next working day and nobody ever does. Sales agent was very aggressive, put his foot in my door to push sale when I told him I was busy. Bottle was not delivered but deducted from my account and I had to call several times to rectify this. Never again!

This company has very poor customer service.
I have not received the water for last 4 weeks, I have called the customer service 100s of time. They say they are busy and leave a message and they will call back.
No one calls back.

last week someone luckily picked up and he said, he will get someone from sales team to pick the bottles and pay the refund.
I still have 14 eCoupon but they do not want to deliver the water neither refund.

Avoid this water company at all cost.

The best & leading hygiene water in UAE. the safety is at its heights. This is the manufacturing plant which is located in Technopark. The services offered here are fast and reliable. Their machinery and water is up to international standards. Every one here I saw with hair nets which is the standard of extreme safety. Parking facility is vast and good.. they provide wheel chair entrance also. Assembly point is located in the parking zone.

Very bad service and with the bad service cherry on top when my token finished they took my empty water bottles and sold to someone else with out my permission and of course they took money from another customer against my water bottles, when i ask one of them why u people took my water bottles that i paid for they start blaming each other lol, Nestle Water pure life and its a joke.

We were struggling to get hold of a water supplier, but Nestle was a great choice, their customer service is top notch. I Once had an issues and needed urgent support luckily the agent assigned named Mustafa provided us excellent support!

It deserve 0 star but technically not possible.
Drinking water is sensitive matter but it is just joke for them highly irresponsible people.

Worst company I ever dealt with. Their water delivery driver is the one in control. Very unprofessional and rude , he says if you don't pay , you don't get the bottles ( although you did pay twice already but the payment reads pending in their unreliable system) . I have been their client for years, but that doesn't count whatso ever.
For them, No money . no water.

Horrible , horrible , horrible. subscription cancelled .
An advice to the wise , don't think about subscribing with them.
