This is probably the worst salon in Dubai. The place stinks and the staff (they have just two) lacks any sort of professionalism or customer service. The lady at the reception is least bothered about customers. And even when we are there for service, the receptionist lady is ridiculously loud and irritable and makes everyone in the room uncomfortable. The 4.5 star rating is completely misleading or probably for the hair styling girl... She is good at giving hair service, however, there is plenty of room for improvement on her attitude and behavior. Don't ever commit the mistake of taking a package with this salon, as they are heavily understaffed and whenever you try for an appointment, there will be none and you will just end up finishing the days on your package without being able to avail service for the money paid.

I've been going to this salon since last year and it's the first time I've felt disappointed at them. I went there to have my nails done and I believe I was the first customer for the day. I was asked to sit at the usual spot (massage chair with basin). When I was about to sit, I noticed the basin still had debris/remains (dead skin, cut nails, salt scrub, etc.). And the chair had splatters of whatever! Disgusting! When I asked the staff if they clean it every after use, I didn't get response. They cleaned it anyway but I started to wonder if they would only sanitize if they were told to and if they even sterilize their other tools and equipment. And to think I arrived at the salon an hour after they opened. No other customer was in there and there were already 3 staff when I arrived so one would assume they would have made the place ready for their clients. I was really disgusted! Major turn off! I still gave it a two because the ladies are still nice.

I live in the community and was suggested to give Nevo Salon a try (even though I have a salon that I go to consistently). The first time I went there, I got my nails refilled by their nail tech. The result was decent but the real test was how long they’d last and as expected, my nails didn’t last past 10 days. Usually my acrylic nails last over 4 weeks as I take care of them. Within the month after my first visit, I went again for the second visit in hopes that I can explain to the nail tech what can be done to ensure the nails don’t pop off again. As I arrived, I learned that the first nail tech left so the receptionist (who does everything as well) did my nails. At first I was reluctant but unfortunately, I needed to fix my nails ASAP. I informed her of the previous nail tech’s faults and she ensured that she’ll fix it.
I thought I was in good hands but never have I ever been more wrong. The result of the nails were horrible. The shape wasn’t neat or consistent. The application of the nail polish appeared as though a child did it. I was truly disappointed. And to make it worse, all of my nails lifted the next day!
They charge a lot for their services and it’s embarrassing that their quality doesn’t reflect. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there for acrylic nails. My original nail salon charges much less than Nevo and the quality is outstanding except they are located by Mankhool. To be honest, I’d rather make the drive to Mankhool than walk across the street to Nevo ever again.
As far as the “positive” reviews go, I haven’t seen anything relevant to the recent months and I’ve noticed they have a few fake reviews along with images that isn’t even their work.

I booked an appointment today online (through their website). I showed up for the appointment and was told the lady to do my threading would only be available after 45 minutes because she was obviously napping.
I just moved to this area and you lost me as a customer.

I went this evening to get a service from them but the lady sitting at reception…OMG! If she was the owner then she’s doing the right thing to drive clients away! Had my upper lip done by Maz weeks ago and she was so sweet and was trying her best to promote the business and get me to try her services! People need staff like Maz! However, the one that was at reception today had really poor and unbothered body language.. the way she was sitting and her facial expression and body language when I went in.. I’m convinced not to go again! I asked her how much a service was and she didn’t budge! She gestured with her head and said: check the price on there Habibi! She didn’t even know the prices of services offered, she was more interested with relaxing and checking her phone!
I have nothing to gain from writing this review but I’m still writing it because there are so many people without a job and would do a lot to get a job.. so if you have a job, value it! At least respect the owner, they’re investing money in staff, salon, products etc.. please improve professionalism and customer service!

I want to recommend this amazing place. Mazza is a great hair stylist!! I am coming for hair treatment and my hair is looking better than ever. They have great packages and are very dedicated. Mimi does my nails, come and treat yourself!

Went in to check out hair colour prices. No one bothered to get up and greet. Everyone was busy on their phones. Very rude as if I was doing them a favour by going in. Never going back.
