My cat never leaves home, and I took him to get his nails trimmed there. 2 weeks later, he turns out to have ringworms (2wks is the incubation period) so I would definitely urge you not to go there because of how unsanitary they are. My cat is now under quarantine/imprisonment for 5 weeks because ringworms are contagious to humans too!

We’ve started using the Pet Shop since moving to Serena and are very happy with their grooming! We have a mini poodle and he can be difficult to groom in the way we like, but they do a great job. All the staff are really friendly too. Thanks team!

I enjoy taking my dog for a walk around the shop while also having the opportunity to stop by the grooming salon to have his nails clipped.

Staff were welcoming and helpful during my first visit today. Reasonably priced pet grooming packages. And most importantly, the grooming space was very clean.

Amazing service and a wide assortment of pet food and accessories. When we bring our dog here for grooming, they always do a fantastic job.
Recommended for anyone living in Serena and nearby communities.

Had a grooming here for my cat. Everything went smoothly from booking the appointment til the end. Their staff are very accommodating and attentive. Highly recommended.

Our daughter has been attending Rayne Primary School for 3 years now , since reception and the results of her being there have been outstanding since day one. Its a school that makes every child feel involved and included , with many after school clubs and activities to take part in such as gymnastics.
I was particularly impressed by the Forest School in the first year , where the children were taught about nature and how to respect it , in a safe and controlled environement. Parents were encouraged to come and help , which was a great way to see how the children were learning.

There are always school trips taking place to fun and educational locations and the school have always made us feel like ideas are more than welcome.

The teachers have always displayed excellent communication and dedication , we feel like we always know what our daughter is up to at all times and what level her understanding of the subjects is.

To top it all off , the school is set in a beautiful and quiet village surrounded by green fields , an ideal setting for the children to learn.

A fantastic school. My daughter has been incredibly happy there so far and this is down to the wonderful staff at Rayne. Transitions have been smooth and considerate and the leadership team are very open to feedback from the parents and the children!! My daughter feels safe, secure and happy there and she has been progressing fantastically academically. What else there to say!? Well done Rayne School!

Was a great school, for a head teacher to have to seek there advice from other head teacher speaks volumes. Rather than getting to the bottom of issues you are just told they are doing everything they can to cover the school... What about the children they are failing.. i think that our MPs need to step in and protect these children..
