Terrible service. Stood in the store waiting for a staff member to even acknowledge me and serve me for over 20 mins then just walked out. Really bad. They missed out on quite a sale today as I will just order online now. Don’t bother going to the store, plenary of staff but they won’t serve you as they just aren’t interested.

Went to this shop with a plan of buying 2 NB FC supercomps.
But the all the senseless sales people were busy entertaining time wasters who didn't buy anything.
Result, they lost the business of 2 pair of shoes!!
I asked for my size and waited for ages but no assistance received.

Was really happy with the service here. Staff helped me find and try some great sneakers without any crazy wait. You can't help but make great purchases with service like this.

I went to check the running shoes but they don't have what I wanted. However, the staff ( man)helped me to find another series and recommend me all the details that I want to know. Great customer service!

New balance is one of the brands that are coming fast to the front line in the past 2 years. Any new collection that they release is a big step forward.

We went to the store to return New Balance brought online
The problem was that New Balance online is owned by a partner company so problem.
However we got excellent service and were treated with great service and very clear and polite information.
The staff manager Marither couldn’t be more professional and helpful
Excellent service and customer training
